Mike thought that maybe there are so much rooms but when they got there, there was at least 100 rooms and they were all locked, Mike was surprised because back home they only had 2 bed rooms 1 kitchen and a 1 living room.
It take then one hour to reach to there rooms, they got there the first thing they did is going to sleep. At the morning Mary and Mike ate there breakfast and head of to the garden to get some fresh air.
Mike whispered in Mary ear and told her that there is something strange about this house, Mary agreed,
After some hours of playing it rained so hard that there was lightning, they heard a huge bell ringing that was heard a mile away, the maid {Lilly} opened the door and yelled: kids hurry come in side there is a storm quickly, in an old voice.
Mary and Mike come running to the house, the maid quickly opened the door so they can come in.
After the day had past, the rain stopped when the children woke up.
When they woke up it was Mary's birthday, so was so excited because she was turning 4, Mike didn't remembered because he was only thinking about his parents.
Mary told Mike that it was her birthday, Mike said to Mary sadly: "sorry Mary we can celebrate your birthday this year'', because all of these years they celebrated there birthday with there parents and he didn’t buy a present for her.
Mary was so sad and she started to cry, suddenly her necklace stared to glow, she was so scared that moment, so she went out side in the hall. When it stared to glow every time she came close to a room that was locked, it stared glowing even faster.
They want up the stares, this time it was glowing and beeping in the same time, it stops when they reach the attic. It was so dusty, even family of rats live there.
Mike and Mary walk around the room, they was a broken bed, a small closet, and a dusty table. On the table a small wooden box, it was full of old pictures and necklace. Mary garbed the sapphire necklace and put it in her pocket. Then the maid called two names: sue Elizabeth breakfast.
Mike knew that was there mom's name sue and there aunt. They when down but Mike forgot to close the door when he got there the bed wasn't broken it was new, even the closet and the table.
He reach down and saw there mom and aunt they were about four, so it means that there in year 1943, they ran out side, and thought that it could be about the necklace.
